I’ll admit I didn’t have a healthy sense of the future in my early twenties. I knew my lease on life wasn’t what I had in mind. Those years were a season of learning how to patch things up and go – pacifying my desire to be my own boss in hopes that things may fall into place. But, of course, faith without works and the newness of adulthood didn’t blend well.
An appetite shift occurs as you enter “The Shady 30 Club,” and no, not just the loss of your will to withstand all things Spicy. 🌶️😩 The shift I’m referring to requires moving from mere satisfaction with dreams and theories to possessing the life you desire.
Shady as it may seem, you are not twenty anymore, and that chaotic maze you call “comfort zone” needs proactive action. Sometimes, with love, life says enough with the delusions;
