Since the beginning of this year, I’ve developed a daily reading habit. I’ve been exploring various genres, from heart-pounding thrillers to mind-bending sci-fi and even some self-improvement books.

Today, on the River, we’ll delve into an autobiographical account from a Memphis Hometown Legend and founding member of the world-renowned hip-hop group Three Six Mafia.

First, we get a glimpse into Juicy’s life around early 2006 at the 78th Academy Awards, where Three 6 Mafia achieved a groundbreaking milestone by winning an Oscar for Best Original Song for their track β€œIt’s Hard out Here for a Pimp,” featured in the film β€œHustle & Flow.”
